1. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request a cancellation of services before the commencement of work.
• If the project has already started, cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee based on the progress of work completed.
• Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or official correspondence.
• We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if substantial work has already been completed.

2. Refund Policy

• No Refund: Once the work has started, no refund will be granted under any circumstances.
• Full Refund: If the cancellation request is made before any work has commenced, a full refund will be processed.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days through the original mode of payment.

3. Exceptions

• No refund will be provided for customized design services once approved by the client.
• If the project is delayed or canceled due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, unforeseen circumstances), refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Any third-party service costs incurred will be non-refundable.
